LEAF is a specialist lettings service borne out of a desire to do property differently - focusing on the long-term experience of our tenants, not short-term profits.

At Leaf we want to help people find quality accommodation, so they can put down long term roots and be part of their community. We believe happy, healthy, prosperous and sustainable lifestyles start at home.

We cover the Borough of Eastleigh, Hampshire, from Hamble through to Chandler’s Ford.

Our background

Leaf was established as a specialist lettings service by Eastleigh Borough Council to widen the choice of new homes for private and home choice tenants.

The Council’s programme of delivering new homes has been running since 2017, with the mission to build smarter, better and more responsibly. During this time, the Council, together with specialist partners, has developed an impressive portfolio of attractive, modern, eco-friendly homes to let to private tenants.

With this experience of creating homes and working with lettings partners, the Borough made the decision to form its own dedicated specialist lettings service, Leaf.

Our first homes

The first homes that Leaf are offering will be at Bandstand Court, a new development in the heart of Eastleigh Town. Overlooking Bandstand Park, the development is a short stroll from central shopping areas and the mainline train station.

Bandstand Court is made up of 49 one- and two-bedroom flats, which will be available for private rental in Spring 2022.

Looking forward

There are a number of exciting future developments coming to the Borough where Leaf will be the sole lettings service. This includes the flagship site One Horton Heath, consisting up to 2,500 homes, school, community, recreational and commercial facilities.
